2. Ticket Sales

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
If you’re unable to attend a show, contact our team before the scheduled event, and we’ll transfer your ticket to another upcoming show (subject to availability).

3. Event Changes

Event lineups, dates, and locations are subject to change. In rare cases of event cancellation, ticket holders will be notified and offered a ticket transfer or credit toward a future show.

4. Code of Conduct

We want everyone to enjoy live comedy. Disruptive, disrespectful, or intoxicated behavior may result in removal from the venue without refund.
Laughter is welcome. Heckling is not.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including logos, text, images, and videos, belongs to Die Laughing Comedy and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

By attending any Die Laughing Comedy event, you acknowledge that attendance is at your own risk. Die Laughing Comedy and its affiliates are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage of property during events or through use of this Site.

7. Privacy

Your privacy matters. We do not sell or share your personal information. Data collected through ticket sales or forms is used solely to process orders and communicate updates about shows and promotions for Die Laughing Comedy or it's individual producers events. 

8. Changes to Terms

Die Laughing Comedy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
